This Privacy Policy describes how Ebbidi (“Ebbidi,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and discloses information associated with an identified or identifiable individual (referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Personal Data") and what choices you have around this activity. When we refer to "We" or "Us", we mean Ebbidi, as explained in more detail in the "Identifying the data controller and processor" section below.

This privacy policy applies to Ebbidi.com (the “Website”). If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, then do not access or use the Website.

Ebbidi will collect and receive the following types of information about you when and access and interact with our website.

We aggregate our server logs and use the resulting information such as demographic patterns, device, and browser data in order to improve our users' experience and monitor traffic.These help us identify which country our users are based, and indicate where we should focus on hosting our services, and in what languages we should offer to our users.

Third-party service providers and partners
We engage third-party companies as service providers to process information and support our business. For example, our website is hosted on servers owned by Namecheap, Inc. and are located in the United States.This is necessary for the computing and data storage requirements of our website.
Law enforcement and regulators
We may share information with regulators, law enforcement, police, intelligence sharing and take down services and others where we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to detect, prevent or address fraud, harmful or illegal activity, to protect Ebbidi (our rights, property or intellectual property), you or others, including as part of investigations or regulatory enquiries or to prevent death or imminent bodily harm.

5. How long we keep your information

Ebbidi cares about the security of your information, and uses appropriate safeguards to ensure the integrity and security of all information collected through the Website. We implement security measures such as SSL encryption, and complex passwords when accessing information on our systems.

Given the nature of communications and information processing technology, Ebbidi cannot guarantee that information during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others.

6. Children's Privacy

We direct our website and services to a general audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old (or older, if applicable law provides for different protections). If we become aware that a child has provided personal information without a parent's permission, we will promptly delete this information.

7. International Transfers

Ebbidi may transfer your Personal Data to countries other than the one in which you live, including transfers to the United States to facilitate the provisions of the Website.To the extent that Personal Data is transferred abroad, Ebbidi will ensure compliance with the requirements of the applicable laws in the respective jurisdiction in line with Ebbidi's obligations.

For Ebbidi users in the EEA, UK, EU or Switzerland, where we transfer your information to third-party provider that is not located in the Europe, and is not a country that benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commision, we will require those third-party providers to enter into an agreement that proves appropriate safeguards for your information, including European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the equivalent standard contractual clauses for the UK, where appropriate).

8. Identifying the Data Controller and Processor
